So they're just cutting people checks saying we'll take it. So that was that. Now there's a lot more stuff that's on the market and I think what's holding up sales is the Interest rates that people, if they're in an existing home with an older, with a lower rate, they don't want to get out of that. and then have to do a home that they're going to be paying a lot more in a monthly payment because of the increased interest costs.
