And so we have stood up a partnership between Florida's voluntary VPK program and the Florida Prepaid College Savings Plan. We developed a seamless application process that allows families to apply for VPK and at the same time open a Florida Investment 529 plan account. And when they do that, they get $100 seeded into their account and they're able to be eligible for monthly raffles for an extra thousand dollars that are going into their account. (14:26–14:39)
