And this is just crazy because, you know, when you say property, oh, you can't do property tax. We're not going to have schools, we're not going to have police. So in 2019, Local governments took in $32 billion in property tax revenue for the whole state in 2019. All local governments, 32 billion. Every function. Today that number is $60 billion. That's seven years later, it's gone from 32 billion to $60 billion. Why? Well, they're assessing values. (29:07–29:15)
