But that gives opportunities for some now, some who bought at the peak, you know, they have financial problems, they may be underwater. It's not fun. So there's all these different things. But, but I do see that that's happening now. We are three years in a row we've been ranked number one economy by both CNBC and US News and World Report. And you know, I think people have recognized that Florida is a really great engine in a lot of different ways. We've always had agriculture, we've had tourism, you know, most of our history.
