So if you look at the state of Florida's debt that we've had over our entire 180 year history just Since I've been governor, we've retired half of [Florida's debt] in a six year, six plus year period. And we did a few years ago we put in a program to do accelerated debt repayment. So we were able to put money up front and these guys would like buy the bonds at a discount. (00:52–00:58)
