The second bill I'm going to sign is House Bill 1159. This protects Floridians from sexual predators by expanding criminal offenses and enhancing penalties related to child sexual abuse material. So This bill increases penalties for using a child, which some of these people do, and it's really, really disgusting. In a sexual performance, possessing and distributing abusive material, and in creating generated sexual abuse material, it establishes mandatory minimum terms of imprisonment for specified offenses committed by offenders who are 18 years of age or older.
