In a sexual performance, possessing and distributing abusive material, and in creating generated sexual abuse material, It establishes mandatory minimum terms of imprisonment for specified offenses committed by offenders who are 18 years of age or older. It also creates a life felony for the aggravated exploitation of a child under the age of 12. In addition, the bill addresses emerging threats by criminalizing new forms of exploitation, including generated sexual abuse materials. (08:05–08:17)
