And it's really not even particularly close. I think we're were 4x what Texas has had moving in. Obviously The states that are losing [income migration], you don't have to be a rocket scientist to guess California, New York, Illinois and a few others. And so you've seen that. But I would say of that, I mean, billions of dollars just in philanthropy from that wealth migration, I have no doubt that we've gotten billions of dollars just as a result of that. (51:22–51:29)
