I think Coolidge represented more what the founders created, which was a constitutional system where the President has a role, but it's not the all encompassing role. So if you look at how our government operates now, Congress is effectively a bystander to the whole process. Right. They do very little. They don't really control the power of the purse because they just pass these continuing resolutions or omnibus bills which nobody reads, and they kind of go, oh, you got to keep the government open, or whatever.
