Well, one, I mean, so I think it's important to understand the issue of affordability and what's the root issue with why things have become more expensive. There's a variety of factors. The housing in Florida is part because the demand to live here. People could were buying houses sight unseen in 2020, 2021, 22 massive that was happening.
