The housing in Florida is part because the demand to live here. People could were buying houses sight unseen in 2020, 2021, 22 massive that was happening. But It's really the federal government, how they borrowed, printed, spent money over these last four or five years. That is what is put producing inflation in the economy. And so there's not an easy thing for the state government with our budgets 115 billion and they're running $2.2 trillion deficits every year that we can just lower the price of groceries with state action or even lower the price of homes.
