Since I came in we've paid off 41% of it. We've done some of it early through our debt repayment program saved taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars. The budget we have right now after my vetoes last June is less than the budget that was the year before us. The budget I submitted recommendations is even less than that. And yet, even with those surpluses, even with the debt reduction, even with all those things, we have done major things like support law enforcement, like support transportation and road projects.
