And there's a lot more to come on that. But I think people want to see us doing that type of stuff. They want to see property tax relief. I would not want to do anything that would foreclose our ability to do property tax relief for Florida residents. I think it's really important. I think it's a way we can alleviate burdens on, you know, look, we've had an increase in home values, which some of that I think was just authentic demand to be in Florida over the years.
