There's no question that, that releasing some of these folks would have been represented a clear and present danger to the well being of Floridians up and down the Florida peninsula. Our efforts to support this important mission of immigration enforcement continues. Our 287 agreements are still in effect. Our Baker county facility is still in operation, and the mission continues. But DHS is in a better footing. DHS has more capacity to be able to handle these folks. (10:47–10:51)
