Yeah, I was, for a couple reasons. One, people had a right to operate those businesses. Some local government didn't have a right to tell them they couldn't do that. Local government, I don't think has the authority to force you to put a napkin on your face or a cloth on your face. I just don't think they have that. That's your choice whether you want to do that. But to impose civil or criminal penalties, to have police forces going around and doing it. (12:51–12:59)
