The defects in human nature, the propensity of people to abuse power and to use power, they have to push their agenda to manipulate things. That has not changed at all. And If big tech companies have the ability to be in charge of a lot of this data and they're doing all this, well, guess what? They are going to abuse that power. So I think it's up to us as people that are policymakers to make sure that we're going into all this with our eyes wide open. (25:29–25:41)
