And when you're doing it, you want to reinforce the founding principles, not try to deviate from the founding principles. And that's what Kamala is trying to do. Notice what I've been doing in Florida with our Article 5amendments. Florida has certified amendment through the Constitution with other states and we need more to join and we're going to get them for term limits for members of Congress. I think that's a really good reform and it's interesting. It's interesting because the Founders debated, they called it rotation in office and they had a debate about it because they didn't want entrenched power. (03:22–03:33)
