So obviously that is not acceptable to be able to do. And the way you do it is to make sure that you have a vibrant private market. Interestingly though, Citizens Insurance, the number of lawsuits has fallen by nearly 50% since the reforms were enacted in 2022. So you actually saw this year they were able to deliver rate reductions to a lot of the citizens policyholders in places like Miami Dade county and Broward county, which has always been considered very difficult market.
