In English Language Arts, 53% of students scored on or above grade level in mathematics in 2023 assessment, now 62% of students are performing at that level, and that's an improvement of 9 percentage points. That translates to about 115,000 students performing at or above grade level over and above than where we were in 2023. So I think this innovation was the right way to go. I believed in it, it made sense. I thought it would be good for students. (21:13–21:21)
