I hope the governor still signs the bill because I think everyone universally wants to regulate these data centers and how they come in to our communities. And there's another bill, Clint Moses, shout out to him to ban these non disclosure agreements. We know at least four communities now that a data center has come in, forced the community to sign an NDA. Why? During negotiations and discussions, you guess, you know, so I don't know because we don't know what went on in the conversations because they signed an NDA. (24:55–25:02)
