We have a pretty good idea. People either choose to be on the train or not. But it kind of goes in one direction. So look, We had to pass a budget. I don't like the fact that Tony Evers is the governor. I didn't vote for him, never would. But he's the governor and we have to accept that. We have to find a way to make Wisconsin better even if we don't agree with the person who's in the office. Right. So I think we did a very good job of finding a consensus. (18:41–18:50)
