I think kids need to learn, you know, not just that interest is bad when you're paying down a loan, but interest actually works in your favor as an investment and increased financial literacy. So When I was in the Assembly, I worked on [financial literacy] and Beth Myers was a Democrat from up by Ashland, and she had some concerns about what the big bill did. And I went and sat down and talked with her, and by the time it was done, we realized we had the same goals on how this thing was supposed to work. (23:08–23:16)
