And what that The intrastate compact created a carbon tax regime over the entire energy industry and anything that produces carbon. And while I understand the intent of his edict was to reduce carbon emissions, the impact on a state like Pennsylvania with as much energy resources as we have is that we're put at a competitive disadvantage to surrounding states like West Virginia.
