And so our heritage as a state is really around the energy industry. And currently the clean natural gas industry is one of the most promising sectors of our state economy. But unfortunately, what Governor Wolf unilaterally entered into an intrastate compact called the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. or REGGIE for short. And what that intrastate compact did was it created a carbon tax regime over the entire energy industry and anything that produces carbon. (11:51–12:05)
