Our second Amendment rights are pretty clear in both the US and state constitutions. And I believe that we should certainly not infringe on that right in Pennsylvania or in the United States. I did support recently a background check expansion to make sure that those who are buying firearms are properly cleared. And I think that that's a common sense approach where we balance our Second Amendment rights to purchase and own firearms with the ability of our communities to feel safe and for law enforcement to know that those who have firearms have been properly cleared.
