My message today is the United States stands with the patriots of Venezuela, fighting to defend their lives, their liberty and their sacred honor. Here's the truth. We simply cannot allow our adversaries in Russia, China and Cuba to gain a foothold in Venezuela. We cannot allow it. And we have to stop it. The American people need to understand what is at stake here. And it's time to tell them thank you for the opportunity to be here. (19:26–19:32)
