Cuba cannot continue to freely incite violence and instability in Venezuela while profiting from the use of stolen property and human trafficking. Chavez Maduro kept the Cuban regime afloat for decades and now Cuban operators are keeping the Maduro regime in power. It is time we recognize that these problems are absolutely one and the same. Third, we must encourage our allies in the region to join us in this effort. (14:05–14:14)
