We don't want people to take advantage of our community. So how do we accomplish that? You actually become such a impediment. We just went through, I'll give you a great example. We just went through a project up in Montecito, which is Santa Barbara, where we wanted to build a smaller retail component, some market rate apartments, along with workforce housing for employees, low income workforce housing for employees. That took two years. It took probably over a dozen meetings, board meetings, public meetings. We ultimately have been approved. I don't know if that was what we needed for that project. (24:45–25:04)
