And I think that's part of this. It's a political argument. But let me give you sort of another ancillary issue that, that a lot of people don't really, I think, understand. So Within Medicare, it's called graduate medical education. GME. That's how we train our doctors. And there's not a city in America that does better than Boston than GME and trained doctors here.
