And I'm pleased today to be joined by Dr. John Brancato from the Connecticut Children's Medical center and Richard Brannigan of the Red Cross along with our fire service. They know firsthand about this problem of hot cars. Five years ago, I introduced the Hot Cars act and it was passed by the United States Congress.
