This team [Division of Food and Recreational Safety] inspects and licenses all food, food and recreational businesses in Wisconsin, including hotels, restaurants, enforces federal and state food safety laws and responds to food recalls and food illness outbreaks. The bottom line, these are the people that make sure that the products you buy and the places you go are safe. Our next largest division is the Division of Trade and Consumer Protection.
