And we need to understand that when you buy surface, you have the oil, possibly the gas underneath, and then you also have the water rights to that area. And we cannot be just impugning, you know, taking people's property rights. So Oklahoma State is starting a new program which will be actually be state of the art. And this program will has a groundwater reclamation program with it. It's going to start this fall. It's a tremendous program and I'm proud of Oklahoma State for looking at that. My grandpa told me years ago that water will be more important and more expensive than oil someday. (20:36–20:51)
