Because I know a lot of critics say that it would basically log up the system if there are more people who are facing charges for these types. Of crimes, you know, it certainly will increase the number of cases. But I know that The police have expressed concern because if they catch somebody in the process of smoking, for example, a fentanyl pill, they want to be able to do something about that.
