And then in reviewing the body worn camera, what I saw was a man who had a gun, who regularly would walk around with a gun to patrol his house because of his past employment. And He did not ever intentionally point the gun at the officers. He waved it and it crossed over them. But there was no deliberate act of pointing the gun.
