Yes, if Colorado, and it's a two step process, we gotta pass a constitutional amendment that creates an exception. We passed what I believe is what every state should do, independent, fair districting. We did that. The Supreme Court, by the way, could have made that the law of the land. I pushed hard in this case to say the Supreme Court extreme partisan gerrymandering violates the federal constitution. And that was actually North Carolina. (02:36–02:39)
