If you look at our state fairly, I don't think you would draw a 44 map. We are a bluer state. Jared Polis won his election by 19 points. If we were to redistrict in a way that's more consistent with how voters vote, we're not going to be a 4-4 state. That's what a mid cycle redistricting could allow. Fairer districting. It would be fair because it would be more current and accurate. That's something novel. We generally haven't done it. (10:25–10:32)
