If a better solution exists outside the traditional channels, we will find it and we will acquire it. And that is why as part of this transformation today, at my direction, We are establishing the wartime Production unit, or wpu at the Department of War. This new unit has been redesigned from the existing joint production acceleration cell and will focus on transforming how we accelerate the delivery of critical capabilities to our war fighters.
