Some of our combatant commands I've seen it firsthand have similarly begun moving out to remove FMS process inefficiencies at the tip of the spear in theater. But the next step is a crucial one. And that's why today, at my direction, I'm directing the realignment of operational control of Defense Security Cooperation Agency DISKA and the Defense Technology Security Administration DTSA, removing it from under the Secretary of War for Policy to the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment.
