It's cleared already for the most part. It's level, really easy to put up 3, 4 or 5, 6,000 acres of solar panels. We were seeing in other states that State forest land was starting to be clear cut for solar and it was starting to have a really negative impact on wildlife migration access for sportsmen. You know, these are huge swaths of land, especially if it was going to continue down that path. We're talking hundreds of thousands of acres in just Wisconsin that would be fenced in. (09:03–09:15)
