But really you have to look at how can we have more dense housing, you know, how big of our lot requirements to build a house on. If you have a lot requirement that says the minimum lot size here is one acre, well, now whoever's building there has to come in and say, well, I have to pay for this one acre plus still make sure it's worth my time.
