So If we want safe, insecure communities where people's lives, property rights are protected, we've got to have political leadership that stands up and says, we recognize that law enforcement is a tough job, a necessary job, and a job that's being done by well trained professionals who are almost all the time doing the right thing. It amazes me that when we see doctors or lawyers in society misbehave, nobody immediately says, hey, let's go get all the doctors and lawyers.” (24:58–25:22)
