I know that's a tough question, but even if Trump says, I want red flag laws, what will you do? Well, I appreciate the question. I oppose red flag laws. They're unconstitutional, typically on at least two grounds. One, they violate our Second Amendment rights, but they also violate our due process rights. And it's.
