I've talked to doctors and hospital CEOs in Eastern and central Washington. They are laying off staff and reducing their hours just to try and stay open. And the kicker, Trump's health care cuts will hit our rural communities hardest. Now, if you're still holding out for Trump's concepts of a health care plan to come to the Rescue, don't.
