We'd like to start getting money out the door. January, February, March 1st quarter if we can. That's hard, but we have to build an infrastructure to allow that to happen. Because You're talking about 500 to $800 million public monies and then you're talking private sector leverage. That's a lot. So we have to make sure that that's moving fast. But I'm really encouraged by the people of West Virginia and all the healthcare community coming together because that's what's made our application so strong. (50:08–50:16)
