West Virginia needs to recruit, retain and retrain. Recruit, retain and retrain. We have shortages of a number of healthcare professionals. Primary care physicians, specialists, nurses, pharmacists, lab techs. We need to change that. So what we want to do is we want to continue the existing incentives that the healthcare community has been doing and build upon them. (31:05–31:17)
