You add all those things up and you look at the tax system that you have and obviously we've always been looking to make West Virginia's tax code much more competitive with other states that we touch. When I took office, I am proud to say that we had started the process to get the state income taxes down. And a lot of that was due to the piece of litigation that I filed to make sure that West Virginia could lower the taxes. (06:37–06:45)
