When I took office, I am proud to say that we had started the process to get the state income taxes down. And A lot of that was due to the piece of litigation that I filed to make sure that West Virginia could lower the taxes. There were some provisions in place that was going to make it impossible for West Virginia to lower the taxes. When I was your Attorney General, I sued the federal government. (06:44–06:53)
