That's a 10% drop. During that same time period, students reported heavy drinking dropped from 8 to 7%. Marijuana also went down. And there are a number of other things, positive steps. We've seen West Virginia, broadly, that a lot of the deaths from substance abuse have been going down, especially the last four or five months. That's certainly very, very positive. We're here to celebrate that today. We know that Westbrook Health Service reporting that follow up referrals are decreased by 31% from 2024 to 2025. (08:03–08:11)
