This may not be popular, but you guys don't have access to your cell phone in your classes now, right? You don't. And you know, you know why? Before I came in and became governor, I was talking to some of the other governors and they were showing me some of the evidence that showed that, that when kids aren't on cell phones during the class time, you are more focused on learning.
