50 million, 100 million at one that's smarter economically, that's what we're doing. And so we're making progress there. We're also investing heavily in our people, our four year colleges, our technical colleges. I believe that West Virginia could be a factory for producing the vogue tech jobs of tomorrow. Think electricians, plumbers, sheet metal workers, so many other different types of jobs that pay really well. That's what there's been a focus on, on infrastructure, on the fundamentals, on education. (11:44–11:50)
